To Train Both Mind and Body Through Tae Kwon Do

To Be a Courageous Opponent Against Untruth

To Promote a Friendly Relationship Amongst All People

To Obey the Rules of Tae Kwon Do and the Instructor

It is not enough to come to class and only do what is required physically.  One must also study, learn, meditate and incorporate Tae Kwon Do principles in order to receive the full benefit of training.

Students must continue to focus on truth and stand up for injustice. We start by being truthful to ourselves.

Students must be kind to others, help those in need, and not discriminate. Many people today help others, but not with the correct intent. Discrimination is unacceptable.

Students must focus on understanding the rules of Tae Kwon Do and work to follow them.

Students should be respectful and appreciative of their Instructors and Parents. Students should learn and follow the rules without reminders from their Instructors.

"All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The mind is everything. What we think we become.

"it is an act of cowardice to fail to speak out against injustice.

"Wheresoever you go, go with all your heart"

"To see what is right and not to do it is want of courage"

"What you do not want done to yourself, do not do to others."

"He that won't be counseled, can't be helped."                           Benjamin Franklin
