32 Posture Tai Chi Sword

1. Stand with the feet together and point (dianjian)
   
2. One leg stance and reverse stab (cijian)
  -  draw back the foot and the sword
  -  draw the foot and spear up the sword
  -  lift the knee and reverse stab
   
3. Crouch stance and sweep to the side (saojian)
  -  draw the foot back and chop
  -  crouch stance and sweep
   
4. Horizontal draw to the right (daijian)
  -  draw in the foot and the sword
  -  step forward and send out the sword
  -  bow stance and draw to the right
   
5. Horizontal draw to the left (daijian)
  -  draw in the foot and the sword
  -  step forward and send out the sword
  -  bow stance and draw to the left
   
6. Stand on one leg circle and chop down (pijian)
  -  turn the body and circle the sword
  -  step forward and raise the sword

7.  Step back and draw the sword back (choujian)

12. Contract the body and draw on the diagonal (daijian)

  -  move the foot back and send out the sword
  -  T-stance and draw to the left
   
13. Raise the knee and hold the sword
  - empty stance, separate the sword and sword-fingers
  -  lift the knee and hold the sword in both hands
   
14. Jump step and stab with a flat sword (cijian)
  -  land the foot and draw back the sword
  -  hold the sword and stab it forward
  -  jump and draw in the sword

  -  sit back and draw back the sword
  -  empty stance and point forward
   
18. Stand upright, feet together, stab with flat sword (cijian)
  -  turn the body and move the foot
  -  stand upright, feet together, stab with a flat sword
   
19. Left bow stance and block (lanjian)
  -  turn the body and make a circle with the sword
  -  draw in the foot and make a circle
  -  bow stance and block
   
20. Right bow stance and block (lanjian)
  -  turn the toes out and make a circle with the sword
  -  draw in the foot and make a circle
  -  bow stance and block
   
21. Left bow stance and block (lanjian)
  -  turn the toes out and circle the sword
  -  step forward and circle the sword
  -  bow stance and block
   
22. Step in and reverse stab (cijian)
  -  step forward and draw back the sword
  -  turn the body and stab behind
  -  bow stance and reverse stab
   
23. Reverse body and chop behind (pijian)
  -  turn the body and draw back the sword

24. Empty stance and point the sword (dianjian)

  -  back-cross step and make a circle with the sword

26. Bow Stance, Hook and Chop (guajian and pijian)
  -  turn the body and hook the sword

27. Empty stance, circle sword and chop (pijian)
  -  turn the body and make a circle with the sword
  -  forward step and hold the sword high
  -  empty stance and chop
   
28. Back step and strike backward (xiaojian)
  -  lift the foot and draw back the sword
  -  withdraw the foot and strike
   
29. Step in and stab with a flat sword (cijian)
  -  raise the foot and hold the sword horizontally
  -  step forward and draw back the sword
  -  bow stance, stab with flat sword
   
30. T-stance and pull back (choujian)
   
31. Turn around and smear horizontally (mojian)
  -  step with foot pointing out, hold the sword horizontally
