This practice is becoming more and more popular today as people understand the importance of decreasing stress to create a healthy fit body in order to enjoy and succeed in life.
Yoga practice can help us:

- re-balance our bodies after an injury
- gently ease back into an exercise program

Yoga can make a big difference in any of these areas and many more. It is an exercise
that can be adapted to anyone.
There are many styles and forms of yoga. We offer classes based on the Viniyoga tradition, passed down from Gary Kraftsow, as taught by Fitness Resource Associates in Needham, MA.
The Viniyoga teaching is based on acknowledging self, developing a practice to meet our individual needs, and continually adjusting our practice based on our current situation.
Jeanne incorporates healing from Therapeutic Qigong, Reiki, Chakra and Aura cleansing, Visualization and Meditation.
All of our postures are practiced in a gentle, comfortable, flowing manner with necessary modifications.
