At the Medway Senior Center Building

Self Defense Classes for Women and Teens     

Self Defense Training for Women at Ten Club in Natick, MAWomen's Self Defense Classes at Ten Club, Natick, MAMartial Art Training for Women, offered by Makoto-Do at Northeastern Tae Kwon Do Academy, Bellingham, MASelf Defense Training for Women at Ten Club Natick, offered to both Members and Non-members

Ongoing self defense classes for women now held at the Medway Senior Center Blg on 76 Oakland Street, in Medway, MA, on  the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month from 4:00-5:00 

Taught by Jeanne M. Donnelly, 4th Dan Black Belt  with Erica L. Daloia, 3rd Dan Black Belt. Both Jeanne and Erica are also licensed mental health counselors.                 Jeanne worked as a rape crisis counselor, and has been teaching self defense to women for close to 30 years     

These classes now teach women how multiple people can effectively take down a gunman     

Class are $15 for non-seniors, $12 for seniors age 65+        All levels welcome - no experience necessary                    Email Jeanne at or call us at 508-361-0432 with any questions or to register.

Intermediate Tai Chi
Tuesday Evenings 6-7 p.m

 Focuses on both the 24 Simplified Posture, the 85  Posture Yang Form, Tai Chi Martial Applications as well as various Qigong forms.

Tai Chi Sword
     Tuesday Afternoons from 2-3 p.m.
Incorporates the 24 Simplified Posture Tai Chi form as well as various Qigong forms.
